Get your dose of advice, recommendations, tips, and news on lots of things like beauty, wellness, lifestyle, hospitality, and other creative bits and pieces

Hello friends,

My background is half Italian, which means food has always played a huge part in my life. Some of my best memories include food. From Tuesday night dinners at Nonna’s with pasta and salad (always with red onion), to my parents making passata with the gardens tomato harvest, and long dinners with friends in New York + London, food brings people together, sparks conversation, and is a true expression of love.

It felt fitting to have my good pal Elena contribute this week given her book “Salads Are More Than Just Leaves” released a few weeks ago and her newsletter “You Bring The Wine” relaunches this Friday. Food is just the beginning of the wonderful things she creates. I love her approach to community and creating meaningful moments of connection, collaboration, and soul-nurturing chats by way of food + drink. Her approach to food is relatable, approachable, and inclusive.

We recorded this chat on her balcony in the sun over a coffee and a slice of marmite toast.

Grateful to have you here,

Tish
