As we're nearing the end of 2023, I want to share my thoughts on Ecstatic Dance and how it has helped me navigate a lot of changes this year.

Ecstatic Dance is a form of somatic therapy. Somatic therapies encompass a range of therapeutic approaches that focus on the mind-body connection to promote healing and well-being. They recognise and address the interplay between psychological and physical aspects of an individual, aiming to enhance self-awareness, emotional regulation, and overall mental health through bodily experiences and sensations.
Building internal intimacy and finding joy through moving my body has been such a game-changer, so I really hope you enjoy this offering to step out of your comfort zone and try something new!
