Hi pals!
A friend reached out the other week asking for advice when moving cities. I haven’t really reflected on this before but after our chat, I realised how much I’d learned from my experience doing this multiple times, and maybe, this could be useful to you or anyone you know who’s been thinking of taking the leap!
What I’ve learned is that unless I put myself out there and ask for help or research things online, no one is going to hand me information or advice on a silver platter. Sometimes I find it really hard to take action or understand the best next steps when I’m faced with a new challenge so I hope that this little chat provides some insight on my experience over the years living in places like New York, London, Melbourne, Mexico City and Lisbon :)
