Hey friends,
Hope you’re keeping well at this time. These past few weeks have been wild. Between the state of the world and my personal life, living in the grey has been really challenging. Life isn’t black and white. While there’s deep collective grief, there’s joy, and feelings of frustration and anger can exist and live next to abundant love. I hope you find courage to stay soft, even when it feels impossible.
I believe in the healing power of communities and gatherings so I’m hosting a chill IRL meet up in London at the end of this month for anyone in town who wants to hang and chill. We’ll chat shop, chat life, meet new people etc etc. I know I’m craving more IRL hang time so maybe you are too :) RSVP here.
This week I’m sharing some thoughts I’ve had and jotted down. Hoping some may spark some thoughts/action/conversations in your life?
Sending you a whole lotta love and hugs today,
Tish xxxxx
